3x 8 min and 1 x 5 min @ L3 on the Birkie Trails.
Warmed up north towards the start, and when we got to the first road cross we turned. The first 8 minute piece brought us south towards OO, but not over the climb at OO. I turned and did my second piece back north, through a section that included a lot of climbing. My 3rd piece brought me back towards OO but again I didn't quite get to the climb, so I recovered and then added a last 5 min piece so I could complete the climb up and over the bridge.
Successful workout.
