Notes

Today is my easy day. I plan to have big days Tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. Hoping to hit 50 miles this week, as a recovery week after the last two big weeks and before a big week next week.

Wrote a long, details entry about the workout with the NHRR team. Took about 30 minutes. And then as I was posting it my internet went down and I lost it all. Not doing it again right now, that's for sure.
