Notes
Not much good about this one. Every step was a battle, but by the time I realized the legs weren't ever going to loosen up or find a cadence, I was more than halfway through the loop I had planned and had no choice but to forge ahead. Run in the morning was spoiled by plans I hadn't been informed of prior to 7am when I got up, and due to known plans late afternoon I was forced to go out in the middle of the afternoon. 88 degrees and 90% humidity, and lunch only two hours before, I was asking for it, but because of factors out of my control that's the time I had. Sometimes you just have to accept it's probably going to be rough, and then head out the door anyway. Did I enjoy it? No. Did I benefit much from the hurt and the heat? Probably not. But is it done? Yes. And I suppose that's worth something.
Hoping I feel better tomorrow.
Wanted to get a swim in this afternoon but I ran out of time. Oh well, tomorrow.
Shout out to Brenna for winning her triathlon today, what a gangster :)
So so so proud.
