200 jog in between each piece, and 200 walk and 200 jog in between each set

Not a workout to forge new ground. Just a stimulus to wake up the legs this week during a down week. Felt a lot better on the track today than I did last week. Doesn't surprise me, given that my instantaneous week is almost 30 miles less than it was at this point last week. Yay recovery!!
