Easy double, just enough to warm-up for some strides.

I like these doubles in the taper- so short they take no effort, and then the strides feel great. Also the warm-ing up for the sake of strides gives the run purpose and an intent, and that makes it was easier to get out the door and it makes the minutes fly by. That, and 2 mile runs feel like nothing when you've been running 70 miles/week.
