I think pain free?
Treadmill.
Anders and I talked and I think for now I'm going to work towards increasing the frequency of my runs as opposed to the distance.
Thoughts?
Do you feel any pain after the run? Climbing/descending stairs day-of run? Walking? The following day? Sounds like a reasonable plan to up the frequency rather than distance to strengthen all the other stabilizing running muscles ... As long as the runs themselves don't start to hurt more, I'd give it a go. Such a tricky injury - sorry my dude.

Thanks for the thoughts homie.
It feels pretty good afterwards. Walking around and stairs have been pretty good for a couple weeks now.
Simply back to that "not sure if its worthwhile pain to stop or if its just regular old running pain" kind of question.
