Notes

This run wasn't as easy as it should have been, and I'm kicking myself a little bit, but I'm not going to dwell on it.

I was planning 2-3 miles really easy after a pretty big and great two days of pain free running so far this week. I went to practice and was planning to run the easy distance with the team on their pre-race day. However, the other assistant was having a day, and needed a friend and a listening ear, so the two of us parted from the team and ran solo. Not a problem at all, except for the fact that he was worked up, we didn't have the slow kids to keep our pace in check, and we got going on important topics and just went. We ended up going 4, which isn't the end of the world, but we also did it in about 29 minutes. It felt fine, I'm just overly cautious right now.

I have a planned day off tomorrow, and I'm sure all will be well.

Looking forward to some kind of challenge on the knee sometime this weekend. Maybe a long run? maybe a workout? not sure. Trying not to plan and expect too much and just taking things day by day.
