Easy run with Anders and Kona. The weather is on POINT! :)

Legs felt better as I went. Did some really focused and high quality strides after we were done. I've been letting strides slide as far as quality and quantity lately, and I don't want to do that. I'm determined to change that pattern and continue to put energy into them over the next month. It helps to go inside and change into different shoes to do them. It takes more time, but it also forces me to treat them as a separate and important part of a run as opposed to just an after thought. So I'm going to try to do that more often.
