Notes
Essentially a day off, but went to LA Fitness just to shake things out a bit.
Haven't had a day off in about 3 weeks, so it was certainly time.
I'm really glad I went because the run felt HARD and my legs were absolutely DEAD- total lead.
By the end they almost started to feel better, and I sat on a bike and spun for about 5 minutes to try to continue to flush some lactic.
Not sure exactly why they felt so awful today- maybe some speed, but I don't think so, it wasn't particularly hard yesterday. My guess is a combination of box jumps and speed, and some leftover fatigue from the weekend.
Not sure, but hopefully I did myself some good by moving for about 25 minutes.
