Two counselors were heading out for a nice run this morning and when I saw them leave a couple minutes before me I decided to catch them out of a desire to have somebody to run with. I had only planned on 4 or 5 anyway, and after a hard tempo yesterday running with two more recreational runners was the perfect way to ensure some good recovery and have good company. It was VERY relaxed and very enjoyable run.
