Not a Yog, not a slog, but a trot- I ran energized. My legs felt pretty good after a big day yesterday, as long as I just let them do what they needed to do. First mile over 9 min? Yep. No mile faster than 8:30? Yep. Sounds like the perfect Sunday run.
