Great Workout today.

Anders gave me the idea. It is a 5k simulation-type workout that they did a few times in college which he liked. He and I usually enjoy and reap benefits from the same types of workouts, so I figured he wouldn't lead me astray.

800@ 4k on the track

2 mile tempo at somewhere between 6k and 8k

800@ 4k on the track

About 5k worth of work, the beginning and end at slightly faster than 5k, and the middle portion at slightly slower than 5k.

Felt great!

800 splits were 87's, ish.

2 mile tempo was 6:18 followed by 6:16.

2 mile cool down.

Beautiful day! sunny and 50 degrees!
