It hindsight, maybe I should have taken today off after a workout yesterday? Not entirely sure.

The report is I felt some solid pain in my right knee on this run. Solid as in still only a 1-2 on a scale out of 10, but much more significant than I've felt in a few weeks now. I was admittedly bummed, but hopefully its just a small blimp on the radar to keep me diligent about PT and rehab, and deter me from jumping back into too much too soon. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I suppose its good to know that running 5 miles easy (like I did earlier in the week) doesn't seem to have any negative consequences, but running a workout does, even if the total mileage of the workout is only 3 miles. I guess that is something that is good to be aware of, even if I'm slightly frustrated that it happened.

The plan is to take tomorrow off to let things just cool off a bit, and hopefully get back to running on Sunday.

As you can now read, Sunday went well, so I'm quite optimistic still.

Also, I updated the circuit/strength workout I did on Saturday.

If you or your track kiddos are looking for a fairly quick (~15-20 mins) strength workout that is a fun and tough one, and requires zero equipment apart from 2 chairs, I highly recommend it!
