Ran 7 on the Luce Line this afternoon after a day of working on School stuff.
Run was enjoyable, but by the end I was bonking a bit. It was really hot, I was probably dehydrated after a few cups of coffee and not a whole lot of water, and a pretty unintentionally tough ski workout already earlier in the day.
During the last 3 miles I did a little fartlek, 2 mins on, 2 mins off, using the timer on my watch, just to pass the time a bit and try to avoid the general slog I was feeling. Low on hydrated and calories and experienced the bonk a bit. But some solid homemade pizza and salad and cider took care of that post-run.
