Notes

3x3 sets of ~200m hills at towers, and then 4x 800m ish farleks on the XC course with the lead group at Distance Running Camp.

The IT Band behaved today, yay!

7 yesterday and 6 today. Plan is to run again tomorrow, and then probably take Thursday off. We shall see.
