Notes
5 miles solo, and it is a HOT one out there! I ran in the morning and it was already 85 degrees. However, I opted to run around Calhoun which is mostly shaded, and there was a significant breeze around most of the lake that was a welcomed cooling agent. The heat never actually felt unbearable, and I finished still in good spirits.
The day after 3 hours of skiing and I was pain free for 5 miles. I am only cautiously optimistic, however, I think I might be finally closing in on the diagnosis and proper treatment for my knee, and it feels good.
