Notes

Because I had planned longer for the bike ride but got fed up with the wind, I arrived back at school with some extra time before practice and a burning desire to continue taking advantage of this beautiful day. I took the legs out for a little spin post-ride, just to enjoy the sunshine and the ability. Injured butt/back felt great on this first double post-inury. However, I forgot just how hard it is to run after biking, haven't done that since last August. Glad I wasn't trying to set any land speed records with this one. After about a mile and a half things loosened up and I enjoyed myself.
