Notes
Hour, solo run on the luce line in wayzata. Quads and glutes were sore from yesterday, but things loosened up as I went. It was a beautiful run! Right around sundown, and the moon on the white snow through the woods trail was quite the scene. I could have run in that silent, white space for a long time.
Got a snack and a quick change of clothes, and then went to Lunds with Anders and his family to ring bells and sing carols for the Salvation Army bucket. It was a cold 2 hours outside, especially post-run without a shower, but it was fun.
