Easy run around the neighborhoods with Beaner. Excited she's old enough to now be a running partner. Looking forward to that on easy days this spring. And looking forward to the fact that my exercise and her exercise can start to happen at the same time.
12 miles this week- so 12 more than last week. Moving the right direction. Time to get back on the morning run grind.
