Aqua jogging doesn't hurt either, sweet.
Ideally I would have loved to do this in a separate session this afternoon, but because I'm not actually a member of Lifetime (not necessary or worth it when you're only home for holidays and 4 weeks of the summer), I have to pay 10 bucks every time I go. Definitely have to take advantage of each trip I make, so I had no choice but to elliptical, lift, and then hit the pool right away.
Didn't do much of a warm-up, as I was already pretty warm from the elliptical and lifting
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 min at tempo+
10x (30 sec all out, 15 seconds off)
Cool down
Needless to say by the time I was done aqua jogging I was starving, and probably not getting a whole lot out of the work, but it felt good. And I always enjoy the neurological stimulation of fast pieces in the pool. Breakfast at 12:30 was perhaps the greatest meal I've ever had.
