Great 9 mile run with Anders around Hopkins and Wayzata .
We got home from Milwaukee around 2:15am, ish, last night, and slept in until about 10:30. After a delicious breakfast, some digesting, and a lazy couple hours after a long day yesterday, we got out the door for a great run. Temperature was cool, there was a wind, and it was nice to just go run and enjoy the weather and company for an hour+.
Seems good to have about 3 weeks of easy-ish running right now, especially given all the skiing. Liking the no particular schedule right now, and looking forward to sinking my teeth into training again after a rest period.
The increased iron intake, in the form of red meat daily and also an iron pill, seems to be continuing to help both my mental and physical fitness.
