Guys its happening! Its really happening!

This truly felt like a run, and this is the first time that has happened since the butt injury. Didn't think about my butt at all, good conversation, and was able to run just about my favorite 4 mile route in Deborah: from campus to the bottom of Twin Springs and back. Shout out to you for that one, B.

Ran with Doug Hamilton, who was a great person to run with for my first run with company. The pace was easy, we laughed most of the time, and I didn't feel like I was completely out of shape or exhausted.

In fact, I felt downright sparkly on this run. Huh, go figure. You feel great when you only run 10 miles a week and you are always fresh and always tapered.
