Legs felt kinda tired this morning, and the run felt long. But I think it was because I strayed from my normal 5:15am route and tried to be new and creative. No good. Too early for that.
Morning runs are for mind-numbing out and backs with little to no variation.
That, and the route had lots of undulation and curbs, etc, and at 5:30am in the dark there's nothing coordinated about any of my movements. Flat and straight is better.
