Meant for my morning run to be the longer of the day, but two bathroom stops and seeing a college friend on the cedar lake trail made for no time for anything more than 5 before a meeting. Oh well.
My legs followed the same progression that they did yesterday- from really shitty to pretty good, but today it only took a mile and a half instead of 5 and half. Seems about right. Feeling good.
