Easy, speed workout on the treadmill. Mostly just to make the miles go by more quickly and turn the legs over a bit.
I got really warmed-up, and the legs felt good for 3 of the 4 pieces I did. The fourth got hard, so I called it after that. That seems perfectly fine for feb. 26th. I'm definitely sore from the weekend, and was more sore Monday and today than I was on Sunday. But I think it was helpful to shake out a little bit.
