Desire to run the lakes satisfied.

Left from our house and did Wirth, Brownie, Isles, Harriet, and Calhoun.

Because I didn't do a specific workout last weekend, I had tentatively planned quality for today. However, my mental capacity just wasn't having it. Running has continued to be my outlet through all this- but today the combination of no races on the horizon, Blake declaring online school through the rest of the year, the official cancellation of the spring track season, commencement being cancelled, our cross country summer program being shut down through mid- July, etc etc etc, I just didn't have it in me. That, and it was 65 degrees and sunny, and I just wanted to enjoy it. I didn't have any brain space left to focus on marathon work. So, I didn't. And life goes on. Instead I just covered lots of miles, and it felt therapeutic. I think mostly likely I'll stay on workout train at least for the foreseeable future, but this was the right choice today.
