Notes

Had a great workout today, and felt really good for the first time in a while. Hoping some lower mileage last week aided with recovery and my legs are ready for a little more work again.

warm-up

2 miles @ tempo

3x 800 @ 5k

4x 400 @ mile (ish)

cool-down

Didn't feel much fatigue until the 4th 400 piece, which is a good sign considering both the tempo paces and 5k paces were slightly slower than what I hope they truly are or will be.
