Notes

This workout was recess on a treadmill.

Just enough work that it stayed interesting the whole time I was on it. But the paces/lengths of the pieces were short/slow enough that nothing ever got hard.

3 min @ threshold

1 mile @ marathon pace

20 minutes @ 6:40 pace

Just fun. And the hips/glutes felt good.
