Notes

The workout today was simple:

Swim 10 minutes

Bike 20 minutes

Run 30 minutes

Nothing hard, all easy easy pace and just to stretch things out and go through the motions.

Did all the transitions, walked through the different steps, and realized a few things that will be good to know for tomorrow that I couldn't have realized without actually trying the transitions.

Example: I now know how tight to have my bike shoes to allow for easy slip on and off but still a feeling of snugness while riding.

Felt good and looking forward to a fun day tomorrow!
