Notes

Great long workout today.

It was 38 degrees, raining, and 30mph winds, so I went inside. I can handle wet and cold, but with 8 miles of marathon pace work to do, I didn’t want to have to battle the wind. Ended up doing my cool down outside and was very glad I’d opted for an inside workout. I could hardly move running into the wind. Like running into a wall.

3 mile warm up and strides.

Then 4 miles, 3 miles, 1 mile at Marathon pace, w/ 2-3 minutes of jogging between each segment.

Felt really good! Ran between 6:58 and 7:03 the whole time.

Two mile cool down.
