Notes

Today was the first day that I felt pretty good running. Quads still got really fatigued without about a half mile to go, but overall running felt much more normal and much more enjoyable. I also warmed up on the bike for 10 minutes prior and cooled down on the bike for 5 minutes after.

The funny part is today the effort felt fairly normal and I felt like running felt pretty normal, that is until about 1.6 miles, and yet I was running 8:50's, hah. Even if its starting to feel more normal, there's still lots of fatigue, apparently.

Did 2x20 push-ups and 1 min of full sit ups, and that felt like enough ;)

Ski training officially starts for Anders and I on Monday, along with ski strength, and until then if I want to just do a minute of sit ups a few push-ups, I'm going to enjoy just doing that.

Also spent some solid time with a foam roller, and that felt good for the first time post-marathon, and not like total and complete torture.
