Easy 2 miles after track practice, on a beautiful day.
I felt confident on my knee for the first 12 minutes, which was a great sign after a workout yesterday.
It started to fatigue in the last half mile, but no pain.
A planned day off tomorrow which is a good decision I think, and then hopefully a long run on Friday!
Still aimed at 24 miles this week.
