1 mile warm-up

Then 6x300 with my kiddos on the track! YAY!!

It felt SO GOOD to turn things over a little bit and get to do a workout again. And by SO GOOD I mean I felt out of shape and winded and like this was foreign to my legs. But yeah, good.

I did the first 5 with our top mid-distance girl who was running about 65's for 300 (5:40pace ish), and then I did the last one with some of our top guys who were running 55's for 300.

I'm so excited to report that post-run and the next, there don't seem to be any terrible repercussions from the effort. My knee feels good.

I'm hoping I can begin to incorporate workouts quite frequently. While continuing to build from very low mileage over the next few weeks, workouts are going to be the necessary and primary way to gain some fitness back.
