Notes

Lift in the evening. I'm not going to say it was the most productive lifting session I've ever had- the bod definitely felt tired. But hopefully I got stronger. If so, mission accomplished.

back/front core 10min

Squat 3x8; 135, 155, 155

Power arms 2x60; 10lbs

Leg Press 1x20; 150lbs- yeah, some tired legs there.

Glute thrusts- 2x20; 40lbs- YOUCH

Bicep Curl 3x8; 45 lbs
