Notes
Big thanks to Marit for company for this run. I wasn't worried about it or intimidated going into it, but it was still a lot of miles and minutes to accomplish, and having company made all the difference in the world. Good conversation made the first 2/3 of the run go by really quickly. My legs fatigued a lot between miles 17 and 22, but just in the normal, end of a long run, kind of way. I was very happy to be done and get a hot shower, dry clothes, and food, when we finished.
As of tonight, rolling 7 of 100. New personal best. Entirely fake because of overlapping long runs, but exciting nonetheless.
