Just getting back into some lifting. Weights are not impressive, thats not why I'm throwing them in here. Keeping a record is helpful
Squat 3x8 95 lbs, 105, 115
Weighted Lunge 2x10 each side, 95 lbs
Walking lunge w/ twist 1x20, 10 lb plate
RDL 3x10
Calf raises 1x30
wall-sits 3x1 min, unweighted
Hamstring swimmers, unweighted
