Great workout this morning. Did exactly what I wanted to and it felt about how it should have.

Got to run at mid-morning time, which I greatly appreciate! And I know Emma usually shares my love for that time.

It was RIDICULOUSLY windy out there. And the wind only seemed to increase in intensity throughout the day, so I'm glad I got out in the morning and didn't wait until the afternoon or evening.

6x 1 mile at threshold, 90 sec rest between each mile
