Notes

Went out and did a run/jog with my parents this morning. It was a great way to start a Saturday. We ran up to my old elementary school, which is about 1.5 miles from our house, we did about 20 min of push-ups, dips, and pull-ups at the playground, and then ran home. I took a slightly longer route home, but probably still only about 3 miles on the morning.

This run/lift/run combo, as my dad likes to call it, is his favorite way to exercise, and its his daily routine for the most part. It was good to tag along and join in the family fitness hour today.

I'm running with Anders later today after he gets off work, so this was a fun way to start the day, and I didn't need to do anything hard or taxing at all this morning.
