Notes

An easy run with Anders, again after he got off work. Running with a buddy late at night is quite fun, and there is no bette way to end a day! His training plan called for a short and easy day today, and that was fine with me, as I have no agenda running right now, and I plan to take the next two weeks quite easy. It's time for a bit of time away from serious running before thinking about track season. Excited to do some good strength and interval work in the next couple weeks. Great general strengthening and also great prep for hopefully some good skiing this winter!
