Notes

Easy run with Anders. Weather was beautiful. Not too hot today, and a great breeze.

The pace was really easy. Legs felt good because of the easy effort. Great company! And ended the run into a lake, per usual lately.

My plan is to take a little bit of a down week this week after last week of 70, and then jump up to 75 or so the following week.
