Tried to focus on keeping the effort really easy again, and felt pretty good after a few miles when I warmed up. My first stride didn’t feel great, but the next few felt much better. This morning I debated pushing my workout to Sunday instead of tomorrow, but there’s no need. It’s just a workout. Plus, Saturday afternoon/evening a couple beers will taste better if it’s done. And Sunday is already slotted for a long bike ride and frolicking in the beautiful weather. Don’t wanna mess up the ideal weekend.
