FAB track workout today.

Felt fit and strong, and it was SO FUN.

Gosh, I effing love the track.

And the best part was the company.

Progressive 400 workout, starting around 5k pace, ish, and going from there.

The rest in between was 75 seconds.

And Anders ran my warm-up and cool down with me, and shouted encouragement. His knee is getting there, but its not worth pushing it in that way, yet.
