Notes
Ran 5 miles before practice, to the top of Twin Springs and back, and then ran 5 miles at practice, and the ladies chose twin springs again. So I got to do some great trail running twice, no complaints here.
The legs finally felt good yesterday, although it definitely got better as the miles went on. I feel like it took about 4 miles for everything to finally warm up. By then end I was rolling along with Tricia and feeling like I had quite the spark. Turned out to be a good distance day, and after a couple days in a row of feeling pretty heavy and dead, it was great to feel light and smooth.
