Notes

The Luce Line Trail is a flat, gravel trail that runs for about 50 miles from Wayzata out towards the eastern edge of the twin cities. I ran the Luce Line for about 2 miles and then ducked into the Woodrill Trail System which you can access directly from the Luce Line. Woodrill has about 10 miles of single track trail. It's not as continuous as the trails of Decorah, but it helps remind me why I love running when there is a lot of flat pavement around. I did 3 laps of the very outside of the system, which is the most continuous route I have discovered over the years. On the way home I did a little bit of tempo because I was anxious to get back and slighly bored of the familiar scenery. 3x 2min at tempo.
