Easy 3 miles with Anders after track practice. I was nervous about this one after my knee flared a little bit on yesterday’s run, but fortunately 3 felt just fine!

Yesterday was our first Rec softball game of the year and I played outfield and did a LOT of sprinting backwards and forwards and changing direction. It hindsight probably not the greatest idea to do that and then try to go for an easy run right after, but of felt like good clean fun.

Long story short he run yesterday didn’t feel great and I was happy to accomplish 3 today without any pain. I seem to be still heading the right way after a small set back last week.

The plan is a small workout tomorrow and then a day off of running on Thursday. Fingers Crossed!
