Great track workout today.

Specifically aimed at TC 1 next week.

5 mile warm-up (had planned on 3 miles for a warm-up, but got to wilbur cross high school where I usually do my track workouts and there was a track meet going on. Stopped at debated for a few minutes. I wasn't interested in waiting a couple hours, and I wasn't interested in pushing the workout back to tomorrow, so I ran 2 miles to albertus magnus and used their track. Nice to get in a couple extra and unanticipated miles to help the week's total. Shooting for 60 this week.

felt good and strong, the last few were quite hard. Ran them at goal mile pace for the 1 mile race next week.

started out just a touch slow, but warmed-up into them. Goal was about 37 for 200m, which is somewhere just under 5 min pace.
