Absolute opposite of yesterday's run. Legs felt great, lungs felt great, felt smooth and strong. Calf was there, but way better than the last 3 days.

Note to self, those trail closed signs on the Cedar Lake Trail actually mean something at 8am on a weekday, go figure.
