2 miles at 5k pace. And then cool-down.
Anders and I talked and decided for the fist time out this spring I would run 2 miles at 5k, and I'm glad we did, because I didn't have another mile in me at that pace today. Proof that your training should probably be race-specific. Imagine that. I feel pretty fit right now, but not 5k fit. Went 5:50, 5:51, and that's not a gear I touch very often right now and I can tell.
