3x10 minutes hard with the kiddos at practice
the sets were split up be circuit work and abs/arms/legs body weight stuff
Not a lot of volume, but a good workout.
Volume this week is not looking great... meh. Maybe I was in need of a rest week anyway? As far as volume goes at least? I've had a lot of quality this week, and will have even more quality over the weekend, so its probably alright, I suppose.
