Notes

had an AWESOME workout this morning.

Did the workout I had slotted for last saturday. Originally I planned to have it in a long run, but this worked out just fine.

I'll push my workout for this coming saturday back a few days to early next week, and still have over a week and a half between that and race day. So the timing should work out just fine.

8x 1 mile at half marathon pace.

90 seconds between each piece

Worked into the first one a bit, then felt great through the middle and maybe got a little carried away towards the end ;)

but I felt fantastic!! and this is a seriously fun workout. 1 mile repeats at half pace are just not that fast, and with 90 secs rest in between you feel like superman. Loved it. Incredibly fun.
